All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in
new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

According to danish law, you have a two years right of complaint according to below paragraph
§ 42. If the purchase relates to a specific object, and this suffers from a defect, the buyer can cancel the purchase or demand a proportional reduction in the purchase price. However, if the defect is considered insignificant, the buyer is not entitled to cancel the purchase, unless the seller has acted fraudulently. As we rely on postal services from different suppliers(Postnord, DAO, DHL, FedEx, etc), the delivery time of products vary from 1-7 days for domestic purchases and from 1-30 days for overseas purchases,, depending on selected service provider by the customer, Thorafinnsdottir cannot be held liable for any delays, once package has been dispatched from warehouse. We will assist in clarification and investigation regarding any delays, track and trace information where possible.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange with similar item if requested.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will
